Hailing from Brooklyn, NY, Dana is a true New Yorker at heart. After studying at Syracuse University and pursuing a career in advertising for 5 years, Dana has truly found her calling in the world of Real Estate. It was after moving 5 times all throughout Manhattan that she realized the frustrations and ultimate triumph of finding an apartment that she decided to put her knowledge and street credit to work for others in her same shoes. She has a passion for cooking and food and is the ultimate foodie always searching for the next best restaurant. Dana is known as "yelp" to all of her friends and when finding you the perfect apartment she also can't help to mention the best restaurants, brunches, and cheap deals in your new neighborhood. For Dana it is about listening to her clients wants and needs, whether it be the location, amenities or number of bathrooms (for all you ladies out there.) Dana is truly passionate and driven about everything she puts her mind to and she will not stop until she finds you a place to call home.
Why did you become a broker?
People ask me this question quite often and my answer is quite simple. I wasn't always a broker, and I myself have gone through the pain and struggles when finding a NYC apt. In fact I moved 5 times before I even became a broker and have gone through the countless hours of scheduling appointments only to find out the apt was rented or 10 blocks away from where I originally met the person. I became a broker to be on your side and help you through all the clutter and falsity. To make the experience more enjoyable and, do I dare say fun while we walk the streets together and find you the best deal.
